The purpose of work is development of scientifically-methodical recommendations in relation to the improvement of application of monetary instruments of management of ecological-innovative development. Research methods is approach of the systems, dialectical method and method of logical generalization, and also economic-mathematical methods. A job performance is systematization of approaches to the monetary management of ecological-innovative development of economy, and also development of scientifically-methodical recommendations in relation to reformation of such management. Novelty of job performances: the system of aims and criteria of financial stimulation of development of ecological-innovative potential of economy is improved which take into account efficiency of achievement of ultimate goal of such development; scientifically-methodical positions are improved in relation to credit support of introduction of the ecologically oriented innovations, that allows to differentiate paying for the use of credit resources depending on the level of efficiency of achievement of results. Efficiency of introduction: scientifically-methodical recommendations are offered in relation to the improvement of credit support of introduction of the ecologically oriented innovations in the economy of Ukraine by the bank of development.
