Mechnikov National University popup.description2 The results of theoretical and an experimental research of the electrodes and the charged condensed particles interaction in non-uniform to the ionised plasma with bulk plasma potential are presented. Expressions for pressure of nonequilibrium carriers of a charge and the force operating on a surface of the condensed particle are received. The analysis of kinetic Bolzman equation for ionization processes in smoky plasma is carried out. It is shown, that formation of the ordered structures of a dust component in smoke plasma grows out of kinetic processes of an establishment ionization and diffusion - drift balance. The long-range action model smoky particles in the plasma, based on the concept of the bulk plasma potential is offered.
