National standard of Ukraine sets the requirements for groups of steel gate, globe and check valves of small size applicable in oil and natural gas industry. It includes also nominal parameters of pressure and temperature, in particular nominal characteristics of gates and valves, temperature requirements, valves and gates construction, materials and wear-resistant covering materials, marking, in particular framework marking, annular coupling gouge, published data plates; testing and inspection. The standard is applicable to valve and flanges in accordance with ASME B 16.5 and valve body ends having tapered pipe threads to ISO 7-1 or ASME B1.20.1. - DSTU EN ISO 10301:2009 Steel tubes and fittings for on and offshore pipelines - Internal coating for the reduction of friction for conveyance of non corrosive gas. The standard specifies basic operational requirements and testing methods of epoxide paints, which are faced on inner surface of tubes and fittings for non corrosive gas transportation for the reduction of friction. It does not except the usage of another paints and paint systems, in case they meet the conditions, presented in this standard. The standard describes the coating material, in particular basic requirements, material attestation, technical documentation and packaging, application for coating (surface preparation and coating linking); requirements for supported coating (basic requirements, requirements to external appearance), and testing for vulcanizing and void space; inspection, repairing, marking, behavior, transportation and storage. - DSTU EN ISO 10427-1:2009 Petroleum and natural gas industry. - Equipment for well cementing - Part 1: Casing bow-spring centralizers. The standard identifies minimal operational requirements, requirements to testing and marking techniques of casing bow-sting centralizers for oil and gas industry. The technique establishes testing examinations for manufacturer constructions, materials and technologies, and also periodic inspection of product operational characteristics stability. This part is not applicable to positive centralizers. It obtains the basic requirements, specifically centralizer functions, start and renewable pressure, testing execution periodicity, testing equipment (test panel and measuring and control equipment), start and working pressure test technique, renewable pressure testing technique, marking.
