Effectivity: technical and economic effect from current television systems introduction is that the normative base for current television systems introduction, services and safety specification rendering upgrading in the sphere of digital video broadcasting and information technologies will be created, and it will be also created national normative base on standardisation, harmonised with European МСЕ Standards and Recommendations. Use of developed standards in appropriated industry branches stimulates domestic manufacturers to give the product of firm rate and ipso facto to increase its competitiveness.
