The aim of the research is to learn and to treat processes of the formation of productivity and quality of grain of spring barley depending of system of fertilization in growing after winter rape. The methods of the research. In base of the research were laid temporary field experiments. The laboratory method used for designation agrochemical indexes of the soil and indexes of the grain quality. The economically-mathematical method define effectiveness of the barley growing for beer. The valuation of the trustworthiness of the results of the research was lead using dispensive analysis. In condition of market base economy, the growing of the spring grain for beer is the most profitable. The increasing demand of the plants for its beer sorts provides stability of prices for grain. From all these facts we see that there is necessity of working for elements of technology in growing the barley for beer conformably new sorts.
