Technological start-up manuals for main forming operations - tube stock forming, stock assembly and tack welding, two-seamed pipe sizing have been developed. The technology of production of the main batch of 1067 x 11 mm pipes of plate steel of K-52 and K-56 strength group supplied by OMK-Steel JSC has been developed. Complex studies of the technology of production of the main batch of the pipes have been carried out. It has been shown that 1020 V PEWU equipment allows production of two-seamed pipes according to the technical requirements. A batch of two-seamed 1067 mm, 11 mm wall thickness pipes of steel of strength groups K-52 and K-56 has been produced. The pipe quantity corresponded to the requirements of specification TU 1381-007-0575848-2005. Yield of gas-line pipes was 95,6% using steel of K-52 strength group and 96,7% of steel of strengh group K-56.
