The purpose of research - improvement of diagnostical methods, rising of efficiency of therapy and relapse prophylaxis at patients with limited scleroderma, chronic lupus erythematosus in view of ecological features of separate region, influence of adverse factors of environment. Methods of research: epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, biophysical, microbiological, immunologic, morphological, genetic, statistical. Studying an ecological condition of the Kharkov region in view of basic components of environment, distribution of districts of area to two ecological claster regions depending on adverse factors of environment was spent. Interrelations between sex, age, case rate and adverse factors of environment are certain. Features of morphogenesis of limited scleroderma and chronic lupus erythematosus are specified. Significant criteria of condition weight of patients on basis of clinical, biochemical, biophysical, histological, histochemical, immunomorphological, immunologic researches are allocated diagnostically.
