The goal of research is the working out of propositions to normative base which deal with the development of social dialogue at sectoral level with account for national practice and practice of the EC countries as to rising of motivation activity of social partners in its institutional provision. The methods of research are analysis of scientific publications, research materials, normative documents, contents-analysis, structural, comparative analysis, sociological interviews. The novelty of the work is in the fact that the motivation of social partners to social dialogue in the period of transformation of economy and social-labour relations is being researched, when there is necessary a respective institutional provision of sectoral social dialogue without which is impossible to cover the biggest share of employed workers with respective social guaranties and effectively regulate social-labour relations.
