In the course of the research the bases for technological process of electrodischarge thin disintegration of water-coal fuel components were developed; parameters and modes of treatment were determined, and also the schemes of power loading providing coal fracturing into fractions of less than 200mcm and sedimentation resistance of the suspension for more than 96 hours. Experimental and industrial trials established that the rate of burning of water-coal suspension based on black coal reaches 97 % without oxides emission into atmosphere (initial coal burning rate - 60 %). Method is developed to determine strength characteristics of coal, dependence is fixed for the volume of fining and process produceability on the parameters of electric discharges. The novelty and importance of the project is that electrodischarge disintegration of coal to a thin-disperse state is for the first time used instead of traditional mechanical and other means characterized by high metal consumption and fund expenses, considerable specific energy losses. It is shown that the most economically expedient sphere of water-coal fuel production technologies implementation is firstly the objects of small-scale power generation, namely - heating boilers, communal objects boilers, objects of communal services and heat generating plants.
