It was shown that reliable stimulation of Gram negative bacteria growth kinetics took place after adding of 0.1 ml of exotoxin per 1.0 ml of nutrient medium. It was detected that exotoxin in higher dose (0.3 ml per 1.0 ml nutrient medium) resulted in inhibition of test-cultures growth kinetics. It was determined that decline in anticomplementary activity under diphtheria exotoxin influence was dose-independent. The effect of exotoxin on buccal epithelium cells led to reliable increase in number of heterochromatin granules in interphase nucleus. The testing of Gram negative bacteria after incubation with diphtheria exotoxin showed reduction of their antibiotic sensitivity to some drugs. The most important changes of exotoxin activity were registered after influence of millimeter waves in 61.0 GHz and 64.5 GHz frequency ranges on the microbe's metabolite. Thus, millimeter waves' irradiation of diphtheria toxin in 61.0 GHz frequency range resulted in its activity decreasing on 30 Lf, but in 64.5 GHz frequency range - contrariwise, resulted in its activity increasing on 20 Lf. It was established that unirradiated lipopolysaccharide didn't have an influence on exotoxin activity. But, the addition of lipopolysaccharide treated with millimeter waves in 61.0 GHz frequency range to diphtheria toxin resulted in increase of exotoxin activity on 20 Lf. It was found experimentally the differences in functional activity of buccal epithelium cells nuclei before and after influence of unirradiated and irradiated bacterial toxins. It makes possible to hypothesize about probable minimization of microbial metabolites toxic influence on eukaryotic cells' genome by the instrumentality of millimeter waves. The changes of biomass increase under influence of irradiated exotoxin depended on test-microbe species. It was detected that millimeter waves in 61.0 GHz frequency range stimulated renewal of toxinforming corynebacteria biological properties (catalase activity, glucose and starch fermentation) that had been lost after storage for years. It was established that use of millimeter waves before treating corynebacteria with ultraviolet light favor it demanding action reduction in 3-7.7 times. More expressed protective effect (in 6-14 times) was shown when millimeter waves were used after treating test-cultures with ultraviolet light.
