The functional disorders of thyroid system had an impact on the specific antibody generation activity. The changes in hormonal and immunological parameters in the process of immune response generation against a background of hyperthyroid and hypothyroid syndromes were described with mathematical models that could be used for interpretation and prognosis. The mathematical analysis of immune-hormonal relationships gets hormonal markers that allowed to determine the level of specific antibody generation in case of immunization against the background of thyroid system disorder were discovered.
