Accordingly, the important task of Stage 1 is the development of nanotechnology synthesis of nanoparticles of Zn and Cd from colloidal solutions. In accordance with the main objective of Stage 1: (1) synthesized colloidal nanochasttsy zinc oxide in isopropanol and ethanol, cadmium sulfide nanoparticles in aqueous and alcoholic media polietilenimіna (2) to determine the average size of nanoparticle ZnO (3.7-4.4 nm) and CdS (1.8-2 nm) according to the absorption spectra and by atomic force microscopy (3) to study their structural and spectral properties, (4) proved the possibility of achieving high efficiency photoluminescence controlled by varying the nanoparticle size, which is an important step for making compact light-emitting elements based on macroporous silicon structures with nano, and for the further development of light-emitting devices for different purposes.
