Research aim is to study structural and functional state of the elements of histohematic barrier and architecture of paradontium soft tissues under conditions of emotionally pain stress. It has been shown that the rats with different balance of vegetative regulation have structural and functional peculiarities of the elements of histohematic barrier of parodontium, which statistically and significantly are revealed on the characteristic Hurst index of bioelectrical activity and fractal dimension of 3D architecture of parodontium soft tissues. Rhythmic hypothermal effects recover spectrally correlation and non-linear parameters of bioelectrical activity of parodintium, impaired with sympatho-parasympathetic pharmacological loading and normalize the stress-induced changes in 3D architectute of paradontium soft tissues.
