It has been shown that the novel methods confirm the main notions on functional geometry of blood brain barrier (BBB) and now slightly forgotten concept of blood salivary barrier (BSB). Basic component, the first and last protective boundary of BSB is structural and functional complex of parodontium tissues. A special role in realization of basic functions of GSB belongs to epithelium of oral cavity mucous, its multilayer dynamic structure, ability to keratinisation is not only powerful protective barrier, but also fine indicator of the presence of pathological processes in an organism. The change of fractal dimensions may be natural quantitative estimation of this morphophysiological indicator. The spectrum of fractal dimensions also reflects total level and probably the specificity rate of BBB permeability. Functional system of BBB related to connective tissue "cobweb", piercing with "endocrine tree" of epithelium of blood cappilarues, forms a complicated harmony of geometry of intra- and transcellular space, 3D organization of which is statistic sense looks self-like, vividly demonstrating the advantages of fractal and need in new paradigms of functional morphology.
