A purpose of work is determination of casual nexus of indexes changes of the health state of population from influence of environment factors. Research methods - physical and chemical, statistical, mathematical. Results: set stable contamination of atmosphere of cities by toxic and carcinogenic connections; after the size of index dangers are selected row of connections which do on a health the population of cities most negative influence; it is well-proven that indexes of uncarcinogenic risk are more informing criterion of danger in comparing to the indexes of MPC; set, that a total carcinogenic risk for the health of population of the probed cities at the existent level of contamination of atmospheric air is examined as high; set presence of certain sentinel intervals between the level of contamination of environment by carcinogens and levels of morbidity on separate localizations of shrine; found out statistically reliable cross-correlation connection between them; the coefficients of regression, which allow to forecast the changes of indexes of morbidity on the separate nosology forms of shrine for the changes of level of contamination, are expected.
