Study methods: physical, psycho-physical, chemical, mathematical (acoustic calculations), sociological, bacteriological, analytical study of the design materials. Results and their novelty. The criteria for the hygienic assessment of noise, infra sound, vibration and sound-proofing in the dwelling have been improved. Allowable distances from some outer noise sources to the nearest windows of the residential premises have been calculated. For the designation of their dynamical rate a necessity of the improvement of the existing optimum and allowable standards for the microclimate parameters of the housing and public buildings was proved. The recommendations for the application of the currently in force criteria for the assessment of chemical air pollution are represented. Priority of the separate built-in and attached objects in the forming of a negative reaction of the residents has been determined. The experimental verifications of the possibility of the creation of the condition for the bacterial aerosol air pollution in the habitable environment have been obtained. A dilution coefficient in a zone of air emission from gas boiler that allows to forecast the concentrations of other substances, contained in the emissions of a given source, has been determined.
