Object of research - children with congenital of cleft lip and/or palate and members of their families. The purpose - to improve of preventive of congenital of cleft lip and/or palate. Metods - еpidemioligical, statistical. Results. The prevalence and the risk of cleft lip and/or palate among live born in Ukrainian oblasts was shown (during 1993-2007). Specific gravity of congenital cleft lip and/or palate was shown. Risks factors of cleft lip and/or palate among newborns was shown.
