Ovcharenko Institute of biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The work covers the creation of new composite materials for endoprosthesis of bone tissue in orthopedics and dentistry based on nanoreactor matrices with incorporated by variable ways of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. In the work was studied a variety of copolymeric hydrogel systems based on acrylamide, acrylonitrile and acryl acid in which the cells with size from 1 to 10 nm are uniformly disposed; were optimized the receipts of reagent compositions and also the incorporation methods which allow to form in the hydrogel porous cells of the hydroxyapatite nanoclusters with stehiometry and morphology maximally approximated to biogenic hydroxyapatite as well as nanoparticles of noble metals and magnetite. The composites with increased strength and hydroxyapatite content of up to 50% have been synthesized. The designed composite material based on natural and synthetic polymers with incorporated hydroxyapatite and noble metal nanoparticles can be used for the substitution of bone tissue in orthopedics and dentistry endoprosthesis. Clinical studies on laboratory animals showed the absence of toxic impact and expressive osteoconductive properties of the designed composite material. Product Description popup.authors Береза Л.И.
