Cell-particle interaction are defined with high kinetic and maximum linkage during 3-5 min. The confocal and transmission electron microscopy methods were used for visual confirmation of gold nanoparticles contact interaction and accumulation by the U937 cells. Concentration optimum of gold nanoparticles interaction with U937 cells is over the range of ~ (0,1 -1,0) ng metal/cell for the particles of all examined sizes. The most effective accumulation of gold nanoparticles by U937 cells were observed for the particles with average dimension ~ 30 nm.
