The activity and development of the regional seismoprognosis network of the Ukrainian Geological Survey have been supplied. The results of a ten-year investigation on the search for earthquake precursors in geophysical and hydrogeodeformational fields have been generalized. Detailed analysis of the regime of subsurface waters of water-bearing horizons within the Crimea-Black Sea seismoactive region has been fulfilled. The most informative parameters of the regime of subsurface waters that can serve as earthquake precursors are selected. The need for expanding the network of regime investigations of hydrogeological and geophysical parameters that can be earthquake precursors is formulated.
