Chemical nature of dextrane nanolayers was changed by grafted polymerization of monomers . Researches were executed with application of such methods, as measrment of moistening contact angel, ellipsometry and atomic-force microscopy. The use of these methods allowed to define free superficial energy of material surfaces, its constituents, degree of modification of surface, medium-altitude of grafted nanolayers, them index of refractions, maximal and middle overfall of heights of nanolayer on surfaces and his roughness.
