In the process of studying of this topic it is planned: a) to specify the theoretical views about the process of caring law into effect, as a necessary element of legislative process; b) to emphasize a theoretical legal aspect among all the factors of this process (political, economic, social etc.); c) to analyze all constituents of the process of caring law into effect, and the correlation of the effectuality and the operation of the law; d) to show the legal aspect of comparing the practice of caring law into effect in different legal systems; e) to suggest on this basis the ways of improvement of the procedures providing putting in force the Constitution and Ukrainian laws.
