Research object - Methods of processing the observation results. Purpose of work - mprovement of the measurement results quality in the untypical properties of the observation results: the cross-correlation of observations and the deviation of the density distribution of their general population from the normal. Basic job performance - On the basis case study, connected with the cross-correlation of observations, the methods of decreasing the influence of an inaccuracy in the evaluation of the correlation function on the basis of the same observations are proposed. In particular substantiated requirement for the length of correlation function, so that its consideration would not lead to the incorrect determination of the uncertainty of the measurement result is determined. The dependences of the experimental estimations of the dispersions of the coefficients of linear regression and its values from the correlation of the registered observations are determined. It is developed the mathematical model of the linear regression, in which the uncertainties of the results of the measurements of input and output values are considered in accordance with their actual values. It is proposed and investigated new procedure of processing of the observation results on the basis of their direct comparison with the reference observations. Procedure ensures the adaptation of the measurement result to a priori unknown observations density distribution, due to this procedure the standard uncertainty of measurement result is less than uncertainty of average value.
