Study of genome of the investigated viruses with the purpose of perfection of present and development of new effective facilities of diagnostics of illnesses of finfishess. The prophylaxis of infectious diseases always must be examined in the context of fish-breeder factors, extraordinarily important is maintenance of the good sanitary state of objects on the physical and chemical parameters of water. There is the real danger of subsequent distribution of infectious diseases of finfishess by territory of Ukraine which creates a threat considerable materially economic losses in the future, when a domestic fish-farming will get complete force again. Estimation of biological features of viral and bacterial isolates of finfishess of freshwater aquiculture and study of genome of viruses of finfishess with the purpose of perfection of present and development of new effective facilities of diagnostics of illness is the scientific issue of the day.
