The purpose of the work: development of the scheme flow vibroblowing dehydrations coffee and barley mud and design documentation of the installation with hydraulic pulse drive for its realization, as well as proof their high efficiency. The methods of the study and equipment: methodses of design and calculation of the details and units of the machines, methods of calculation of average experimental parameters; the wire strain gages of pressures and displacement, analog-digital converter, personal computer. Theoretical and practical results: is created experimental installation with hydraulic pulse drive for flow vibroblowing dehydrations coffee and barley mud, by means of which are received dependencies parameter to efficiency of the process (capacity, energy expense and final moisture of the product), from the main worker parameter process - an amplitudes and frequencies of the fluctuations swingletree installation and velocities of the displacement tray with mud. This dependencies allow to define the optimum modes of vibroblowing dehydrations. Design documentation of the installation with hydraulic pulse drive for flow vibroblowing dehydrations coffee and barley mud is designed and taking to introduction on JV "Galca Ltd.". Novelty of the work are a schemes of the process and installation with hydraulic pulse drive for flow vibroblowing dehydrations of mud and other humid dispersive material, which provide high efficiency of the removing of moisture, low energy expense and final moisture of the processed product. Efficiency of the introduction is provided to account of the eliminating the expenseses of time and facilities on loading and transportation of mud, receptions energy feed fuel and minimization of the negative influence of mud on nature.
