By the research results was elaborated the structure of information resources in the joint Ukrainian-Belarusian automated system of formation of international resources and were analyzed the information resources of Ukraine and Republic of Belarus, that enabled to develop a coherent structure of resources, which are created with the participation of enterprises and scientific institutions of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus. Developed during the joint project's implementation the automated system ASFIMIR, subsystem of the automated exchange of scientific and technical information, technological regulations and exchange procedure have enabled to form in a specialized environment ASFIMIR the Ukrainian-Belarusian joint information resources in priority areas of economic development. The state is studied, the analysis and synthesis of information on scientific and technological and innovative activities between Ukraine and Belarus are conducted, the methods for creating, organizing and sharing of scientific and technical information between countries were studied, the prospects of international cooperation in this field were investigated, the structure of information resources from new scientific and technological achievements of Ukraine and Belarus and their analysis were elaborated. The results acquired during the implementation of the joint project and their analysis will contribute to further expansion and deepening of Ukrainian-Belarusian interstate scientific and technical cooperation, in particular, may be aimed at the creation of interstate bank of automated information resources in priority areas and development of mechanisms and instruments for information and analytical support of innovation activity in Ukraine and Belarus. Works in this direction can be extended to interstate cooperation with other member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and other states.
