Object of researches - mechanical tensions of the pipelines (МР). The work purpose - working out and researches of bases of creation, with manufacturing of a working breadboard model, of МP longitudinal mechanical tensions (LМT) monitoring system (MS) by magnetic anisotropy method. By experimental methods were investigated: tensions in gas pipelines, possibility of relative plastic deformation's level definition via size of a material's coercive force. By theoretical methods were investigated: dependence of magnetic characteristics of materials on normal tensions. The developed MS allows to change multichannel properties under necessary sites of the MP and it is intended for periodic measurements of LМT, accumulation, processing and the analysis of the received data for the purpose of granting of the objective information to the МP maintaining organizations. MS is built on the basis of the unified modules which form blocks. The developed MS of MP LМT can be introduced at the enterprises of Ukraine oil and gas complex.
