The objective of work is carrying out preparation and compilation of materials for information retrieval system updating, on the basis of the above mentioned sources analysis and comparison with the information brought into the data base. The results of research works are implemented by means of practical application by Ukravtodor's specialists of information on the effective normative documents, their amendments or data on the documents' cancellation or substitution.
