Grounded and verified new method of determination of the temperature field, thermal losses and thermal balance of air regenerators on the basis of the use of mathematical model of complex radiative-convective heat exchange in a heat-exchange equipment and information of model experiment. The mathematical model of complex heat exchange, built on the system of differential equalizations in the quotients of derivatives of Navier-Stokes in approaching of turbulence standard model and equalization of energy taking into account a radiation heat exchange in a suctive and radiative environment, is developed. The method of numeral decision of the put task is based on the methods of the ended volumes for description of convective and conductive heat exchange in the gas ductings and hard structural elements of regenerator, accordingly, and discrete ordinates for description of radiation heat exchange in gas highways. Influence of change of the thermal modes of operations of regenerator and geometry of his attachment is investigational, with the use of the developed methods, and possibility of reduction of expense reasons of thermal balance is certain. On the base of the developed measures on an energy-savings the draft design of regenerator is offered with new hexahedral attachment with the cylindrical openings, which as compared to attachment of type the triple increase of surface of heat exchange has wells of Simensa, resulted coefficient of heat emission and eventual temperature of heating of air, that provides the economy of natural gas as a result.
