Laboratory analysis was carried out, and materials of previous national reports of Ukraine on changes of radiation state in Ukraine and mitigation of ChNPP disaster consequences were generalized with the aim of elaboration of draft-plan for national report "Twenty-five Years after Chornobyl Accident: Safety for the Future". Analysis of existing data was done. Editing board for preparation of the national report was created. Structure of the report was elaborated and approved.
