A research aim is forming of теоретико-методологічної conception and practical realization of modernisation of technologies of management economic development of municipal educations on principles of economic efficiency, account of social компоненти and maximal use of internal backlogs of development. The methods of research - analysis of the systems, comparative analysis, local marketing are економіко-математичні, statistical and expert. Theoretical results are development of methodological principles of modernisation of management economic development of territorial associations of base level as municipal educations with the use of technologies of municipal management. Practical results are possibility of the use of the worked out recommendations for the increase of efficiency of administrative activity of public and organs of local self-government authorities. Novelty - integral conception of modernisation of technologies of management economic development of municipal education is first formed as an economic system which functions on principles of corporate structures, on the basis of the use of innovative technologies of management. Scientifically reasonable recommendations and methodologies are worked out : modernisation of local self-government as basic institute of providing of economic development of territorial associations of base level; improvement of territorial basis of local economic development; to the analysis of economic potential of municipal educations; estimations of investment attractiveness of municipal educations; modernisations of structure of municipal economy. The results of НДР are inculcated in practice of activity of Ternopil regional state administration, Козівської and Чортківської district advices of the Ternopil area.
