There is performed the theoretical-methodological justification of the experimental methods of complex geophysical researches for the lithodynamic processes of the earth surface, in particular, industrial explosions on the iron quarry "Southern Mining". There are developed the rules, algorithms and application technique for operative assessment of technical state of the objects and constructions by the method of the integrational vibrational diagnostics. There are worked out the effective methods for selecting the basic parameters of technical diagnostics (sensors, electronic converters, filter systems, software, operating systems, etc.) based on the simplified mathematical models describing in first approximation the range of variation of the dynamic parameters of the wave processes in the soil. There is manufactured the mobile experimental prototype of the control-measuring apparatus in the combination with information software for the registration of industrial explosions in the real time. The device can simultaneously receive information on ten radio channels from pretsenzion sensitive accelerometers to measure the instantaneous accelerations of the Earth's surface at the time of the shock wave from the industrial explosions through the measuring object.
