Result of the job:- a fulfilment of the comparative analysis of the requirements for safety ensuring of the nuclear facilities on production of the nuclear fuel currently in force in Ukraine with the standards and recommendations of the International Organizations; - introduction of the results of comparative analysis of the requirements and international experience to ensure nuclear and radiation safety equality with respect to the production of nuclear fuel into normative-legal basis of Ukraine; - harmonization of criteria, the fundamental safety principles and general safety requirements for the safe production of nuclear fuel at the Ukrainian enterprises with the recommendations of IAEA and International Organizations that have business with a closed fuel cycle;- by the end result of implementing these requirements will ensure the protection of personnel, population and environment against harmful influence of the ionizing radiation ions during operation of the enterprises for the nuclear fuel production. Field of activity: - the general nuclear and radiation safety requirements on nuclear fuel production by the enterprise of closed nuclear fuel cycle, as well as of fundamental safety principles, technical means and organizational arrangements that includes the regulatory legal act, distributing on the natural and legal persons carrying out activities, which regards to location, design, construction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning of the enterprises for the nuclear fuel production.
