Development of the multi-purpose thermohydraulic four-loops model NSSS of NPP with VVER-1000/320 which will be used by the State Committee for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine (hereinafter - SNRCU) as an independent calculation model for work which are related to deterministic safety analysis is the purpose of this scientific-research effort (SRE). The research method is analytical. This SRE is actual because there is necessary to carry out comfirmatory calculations for Nuclear and Radiation Safety (NRS) state expertise in the regulatory activity to check the correctness of the represented documents. In this final report on SRE provides results of the second stage work - description of the model development, specification of the model basic component and model description manual. The results of the fulfilled work will be used in the expert comfirmatory thermohydraulic calculations for estimation of the correctness of the represented materials in the area of NPP's units safety analysis.
