Subject of the research - thermal, deformation and diffusion processes in contact of the connected details in the conditions of electro contact and radiating heating. Research and technology working out of diffusion welding of tungsten-cobalt alloys at temperature up to 973K was the work's purpose. The research essence consisted in search of new means of localization of thermal and mechanical energy for activation of surfaces of tungsten-cobalt alloys for the purpose of working out the technology of welding diamond- hard-alloy plates with a firm alloy at temperature of heating of a diamond layer no more than 973K. Methods of the researches - optical and raster- microscopy, micro-X-ray spectral analysis, mechanical tests, numerical methods. Equipment for research - the machine for contact spot welding, the machine for diffusion welding in vacuum, the machine for a vacuum thermal dusting. It is established that heating by a current impulse at welding in a firm phase of tungsten-cobalt firm alloys allows to localize a temperature field in a joint and to limit temperature on height of samples. It is established that application of the punched layer from a material which has high electric resistance raises level of localization of a temperature field and allows to intensify deformation in a joint. Optimum parameters of a mode of welding. It is established that welding of tungsten-cobalt firm alloys through an intermediate layer from the titan on optimum modes provides durability of welded connection on a cut at level 480 MPa that on 25-60 % exceeds durability of the soldered connections. The low-temperature technology of the connections of the tungsten-cobalt firm alloys which basic stages are welding of preparations by pulse heating by a passing current and heat treatment of welded knot in vacuum under pressure at temperature 973K is developed. The technological scheme and technology of welding diamond- hard-alloy plates with a firm alloy, with use of specialized equipment that limits heating of a diamond layer above 973K is developed. Results of SDW can be used in machine-building branch in technological processes of manufacturing diamond- hard-alloyed tools with the improved operational properties and the raised term of work capacity which will be competitive as in home market of Ukraine, and abroad.
