Thermal insulation was made on the basis of BSTF (basalt super thin fiber) and the bentonitic clay. The results of work will allow to increase output of the thermal insulation in 3-4 times and to decrease of discharge intensity of the natural gas on drying in 5-6 times. The general plan of research work was formed from six basic stages: - analysis of observations by the method of Krasnikova; the mathematical model building of process of drying of ecological safe flat hard the thermal insulation; procedure analysis of drying for the tunnel batch drier with recirculationis of the heat carrier (mixture of the secondary water vapour with the combustion materials of the natural gas); mathematical modelling of aerodynamics in the elements of the drying cell; developments of the technology of deep utilization of SER (secondary energy resources) with used the heat carrier.
