To get a stable result of EH forming and qualitative parts, the seal design should be modified so that it should not transfer axial stress on the blank, but only reliably operate to provide air-tightness of the matrix hollow under the blank. The research is based on the experimental research method with advance assessment of loading process parameters. Such approach was stipulated by the necessity to get minimum corner radiuses of the part. Working drawings of the die are developed for the production of the pilot series of the parts.
