Basing on physical experiments and mathematical simulation, technical parameters and parameters of separate units and the integral pulse currents generator are selected; immersion well device "Skif-100M" is produced which by its specific energy rates nearly 2 times exceeds the analogue. The charging system of the complex, energy storage, discharge unit and electrode system are additionally improved with use of new engineering solutions, materials and electronic components, which let us to increase the reliable and stable operation of separate systems and the whole complex.
