With utilization of these methods the inherently chiral calixarenes with asymmetrical arrangement of substitutes at low rim were synthesized. The convenient method of synthesis of enantiomerically pure inherently chiral calixarene-carboxylic acids was elaborated and their enantiodiscriminative properties towards to optical antipodes of chiral amines were investigated.
