Amides of polyfluoroalkanthionocarboxylic acids react with alkyl(aryl) organometallic reagents by thiophilic mechanism via a multi-step reaction sequence to give unsaturated fluorine-containing thioamides. Reactions of saturated fluorine-containing thioamides with allylmagnesium halogenides afford the products of carbophilic attack and provide, depending on reaction conditions, thioamanals, bis-allylamines or thioyranothiopyranes. Preparative procedures for syntheses of arylsulfinimidic acids fluorides are developed based on reactions of trifluorosulfuranes with amides of benzoic or arylsulfonic acids and their properties are studied. The synthetic protocol for preparation of optically-active compounds with chiral sulphur atom is developed based on cyclic derivatives of iminosulfinic acid (1,2,4-benzothiadiazines).
