Purpose of data base functioning is reduction and prevention of TVA's grave consequences on the public motor roads in the Khmelnyts'ka region . TVA's Data Base is formed with the purpose to inform motor roads users about the accidents situation and safety rate, gravity of accident happened on the public motor roads. Data Base contains statistics about TVAs occurred, with reference to gravity, number of personal and population involved, year period, hours of the day, road and transport condition. Investigation method is the analysis of statistics, records that concern accidents occurred on public motor roads. Range of application of branch data extracted from data base and TVAs' analysis is prevision and planning of measures improving a general safety rate on the national motor roads, defining the priority by works repartition on certain sections of public roads in the certain regions.
