The assessment of road safety degree for the purpose of its improvement is one of the major tasks of road structure activity. Identification of dangerous areas at the motor roads is executed basing on statistics data on road accidents concentration within the road length, as well as on the theory of probability. Basing on the results of detailed analysis of road conditions and road accidents kinds, the cause-effect relationship is defined. Basing on such cause-effect relationship, specific measures targeted at the improvement of road conditions at each dangerous motor road area are developed.
