Breast adenocarcinoma is one of the most widespread cancer diseases with high level of metastasis and angiogenesis. Adhesive mechanism takes part actively in metastasis formation. In last investigation we have demonstrated that adhesiveness of the cells depends on condition of culturing and microenvironment too. For definition adhesiveness cells in MCF-7 culture under influence of C60 we us method estimation adhesive fraction MCF-7 cells accordingly including violet crystal stain. Kinetic characteristics of cell population (growth, viability, proliferation) were calculated according the number alive cells in MTT- test. In results we discovered that cell adhesiveness changed after 24 hours incubation MCF-7 in unfed culture with C60. The number of cell in monolayer, comparing with control, after 48 hours of coincubation decreased in 1,3 -1,4 times, depending on concentration of C60. Moreover, changing in adhesion properties of cells culture had cycle character accordingly to proliferation cycles of MCF-7 cells. Our observation demonstrated that influence of C60 may regulate adhesiveness of tumor cells and influence on cell proliferation and don't have cytotoxic effect on cells. Such effect may be explained by interaction between hydrophobic molecules of C60 and membrane structures of cells.
