Nonequilibrium conditions of condensates obtaining while ionic sputtering create the opportunity to form totally unique structural states and properties in these condensates. To a considerable degree that is a result of existing opportunity to obtain nanomaterials with nanocrystal and/or nanoclaster state of structural elements within the given condensation. Sputtering possibility of refractory metals and alloys saving their structures at relatively high sedimentation velocities, as well as low process inertness make these systems, based on ionic sputtering, the most challenging for deposition of wolfram and other refractory materials on its base. Wolfram, which has the highest melting temperature among metals, coefficient of elasticity and isotropic in all directions matrix, is the most perspective material of protective and wear-proof coatings, diffuse barrier layers, high- temperature elements of engines parts and etc. Along with that, the structural state of nanocrystal condensates, obtained by the mentioned method, can provide the necessary increase in plasticity and constancy of materials, which have essential restrictions in massive state using. While selective chemical dilution of composite binary alloys, where one of the components is soluble and the second one is nonsoluble in electrolyte solution, the cluster structures, which dependently on a couple of factors (components relation, electrolyte concentration, temperature etc.) have their scaling, percolation and fractal properties and morphology, are forming. Their analysis allowed creation of (3D) three-dimension model of two-component system selective dilution taking into account the velocity of dilutor advance and diffuse movement of nonsoluble component, which result in surface segregation. This model can be used for description of corrosion, erosion, pitting phenomena or selective dilution, as well as for technology development of alloys separation and obtaining of porous structures – membranes, microfilters, catalytic electrodes made from metal two-component or multi-component systems.
