A research object is the capacity of the feed system of cars' diesels . The purpose of work is to increase the efficiency of using and diminishment of expenses on the providing capacity of the feed system of cars' diesels during exploitation, by application of method of support of capacity of the feed system of cars' diesels . A research method is the methods of theory of chances, mathematical statistics, theory of reliability, mathematical design. On the basis of the statistical data processing about the refusals of the feed system of cars' diesels (KamAZ-5320) in number, influencing of work and term of stay of cars is appraised in exploitation on the capacity of the feed system of cars' diesels, by the method of successive approximation of graphic dependences of parameter of stream of refusals of the feed system of diesels. The method of support of capacity of the feed system of cars' diesels is developed during exploitation which foresees determination of optimum periods of conducting and lists of additional control-diagnostic works of the cars' feed system depending on the term of their exploitation. For determination of moment of raising of cars on additional maintenance of their feed system the possible level of probability of faultless work is a criterion. Results of scientifically experimental work are inculcated in the technological process of maintenance of the feed system of diesels KamAZ-5320 at establishment of periodicity and lists of works from maintenance of the feed system. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of object of research are the search of optimum periodicity of control-diagnostic works after support of capacity of the car' systems.
