Objective is to study the anthropogenic impact on the aquatic environment (inorganic and organic origin, their sources and content in the water ponds; physico-chemical properties of water and their effects on physiological and biochemical processes in fish.Research methods: chemical, hygienic, statistics used in the study of water quality and impact of wastewater on the eggs, larvae, and two year old carp.Experimentally proved that the majority of water fishery waters of Ukraine, in particular the Kiev region does not correspond DSTU chemical composition, contains organic pollution, ammonia, iron, phosphates in increased amounts.In the model experiments in aquaria with the addition of varying concentrations of sewage found that two-year carp inhibited the reaction of tissue respiration, the activation of anaerobic glycolysis in the cells, as evidenced by increased activity of LDH, and decreased activity of alkaline phosphatase in the blood of fish compared with control, there is a hypoxic state of the organism, as indicated by the increase in hemoglobin in the blood of the experimental fish; Changing intensity of the ammonium-and ureogenezu in the tissues, as evidenced by the increase in urea concentration and increased activity of intracellular enzymes ALT, AST in the blood of fish compared with control.
