The purpose of this report is to present a description of the spaced-magnetometer facility developed from the existing at Kharkiv V. N. Karazin National University Radiophysical Observatory magnetometers for studying waves in near-Earth space, data processing techniques and computer programs. The subject of the investigation is a magnetometer facility for remotely determining wave characteristics. The methods of the research: experimental studies and computer modeling. A newly developed magnetometer facility is a unique in Ukraine and in Commonwealth of Independent States facility for systematic studies of waves in near-Earth space that utilize measurements made with spaced magnetometers. The facility delivers high precision measurements, real-time data processing, high signal-to-noise ratio, and monitoring capabilities. The facility is to be used in teaching where it may demonstrate how modern signal processing techniques operate, ill-posed radio-physics inverse problems are solved, and automatic systems for monitoring near-Erath space are designed. The developed facility is also to be used by Ph.D. students. The research results are as follows: magnetometer facility, engineering documentation, computer programs. These results may be applied to experimental studies, developing models for dynamic processes acting in the Earth's atmosphere and ionosphere. Also, the developed units may be used for solving automation problems in industry, science and other domains.
