However, in order to built complex rare earth elements are effective chemosensors for phosphate ions, at the first it was necessary to determine in detail the possibility of an analytical study of phosphate on the example of the solution of europium and terbium with tetracycline (EuTc and TbTc). As a result of the new method for rapid determination of phosphate in the format miсrotitrator using EuTc probe. It was established that at neutral pH is the appropriate method for determining phosphor in biochemical systems. Luminescence intensity usually depends on the excitation power, which can be overcome by using more powerful light sources such as laser diodes and lasers.
