We used the reaction of primary and secondary amines with iso(thio)cyanates for their synthesis. Composition and structure of the obtained precursors were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy on nuclei 1H, 13C. It was shown that the new bis(alkoxy)silanes can be easily obtained with high yield and satisfactory purity using the reaction of primary amines (or diamines) from 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl isocyanate.
