TiО2 films synthesized by sol-gel method using Pluronic P123 as template and acetylacetone as complex agent are characterized by mesoporous structure that are stable after termal treating at 773 К providing the high surface area and porosity of the coatings. TiО2 films after temperature treatment possess the high optical transperancy in the wide spectral range (from 350 nm). It is established that the temperature increase from 623 К to 773 К leads to the shift in red region of the spectrum as a result of the particle size increase of titania. Band-gap values (Еg) of mesoporous ТіО2 films calculated from dependence of ( h )1/2 = f(h ) for semiconductor with indirect transitions are 3,46 еV, 3,43 еV та 3,37 еV after treatment at 623, 673 та 773 К, respectively. These values are exceding the value Еg = 3 - 3,2 еV for bulk anatase crystals due to the formation of TiO2 nonocrystals. The low angel XRD peaks correspond to the ordered lamellar mesoporous structure for treated samples. It is observed only single peak after heating at 623 К and 673 К as a result of the parsial disordering of mesoporous structure due to evoparation of solvent from the gel and crystalization of the matrix.
